Surprising exercise for kneecap pain: hip rotation!
I ran into a friend the other day at the gym. She was pretty upset because her orthopedic surgeon had just told her she needed to have her knee caps replaced. She had both knees replaced about 10 years ago, and her knees have since become knocked knee-ed (they were not knock knee-ed before surgery).
How do knees become knocked knee-ed after they have had completely new equipment put in? The video below shows how this happens:
